Appointments and Scheduling

Before scheduling an appointment, you will need to complete our referral form, found here. After your referral is processed, someone will contact you about the status of your referral. If there are no current openings, you will be placed on our waitlist and services will begin as soon as a counselor becomes available. If there is an opening, the counselor who takes your referral will reach out to you to schedule an appointment.

Service Fees

The Ministry Village strives to provide accessible, high-quality, professional therapeutic services for those in need. Session fees vary according to counselor, as our counselors and interns have varying levels of experience and qualification. We value each of our counselors and respect their right to set their own payment fees based on their licensure level, work experience, specialties and certifications. We have have full confidence in each of our counselor’s ability to provide compassionate, professional, and high-quality services to our clients. Fees will be arranged privately between you and your counselor, and there are some scholarship opportunities for those who may need assistance in making payments.

Our interns charge on a flat rate; if you are assigned to an intern you will be charged a session rate of $45.

Insurance

We no longer accept insurance, however, we have sliding fee scale, intern rates, and scholarship opportunities available. Please specify in your referral if financial assistance will be necessary for you.
