I graduated from Liberty University in 2018 with a Master’s in Professional Counseling.  I am now in the professional counseling licensure process as an associate professional counselor in the state of Georgia. I view counseling as a way to enrich your life. I believe that counseling can improve your physical, mental, and spiritual well-being as well as your relationships. While some people believe that seeking out counseling is a sign of weakness, I wholeheartedly believe that it is a sign of true strength. I consider it an honor to be an empathetic, non-judgmental, objective presence in a situation where you can be at your most vulnerable.

I work with adolescents, adults, and groups who come in for a variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, chronic pain, bipolar disorder, and trauma. I use a variety of therapeutic interventions depending on the client and their unique issues. A few interventions that I use are cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, cognitive processing therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy.
